Okay, hello everyone. PharmaTrack demo. What we're looking at here is the staff selector.

Every delivery day starts with somebody taking responsibility for the work. The staff member logging in selects their profile. The person preparing the round is recorded from the start.

PharmaTrack helps pharmacies modernise delivery without making the day more complicated. Deliveries can be added by scanning a single label, scanning a sheet, adding a saved stop, or adding one manually by hand. I'm going to do this now and add one manually. We'll need to select the driver first. Let's do that. We'll choose the customer and add this customer to the round for the day.

Once they're added, once it's in PharmaTrack, everything is saved here. The important information stays together: who it's for, what needs to go out, any notes, and what happens next.

Today's work is now in one clear round. Before it leaves the pharmacy, the round is checked and handed over. The pharmacy knows exactly what's gone out, and the driver knows exactly what they are taking.

This is what the driver sees when they open their app. They confirm that everything is in the box before they start. If anything is missing, they can let the pharmacy know.

On the road, the driver can see each stop, important notes and directions. They record each delivery as it happens. We'll complete this one; it is a CD and needs a signature. That one is completed and confirmed.

At this stop, nobody is at home. We choose that exception. It will need to be sorted later. The driver records that straight away, adds a note, and returns it to the pharmacy.

Back in the pharmacy, this is the live operations view. The pharmacy can see everything happening in real time. If questions come up during the day, this gives them a quick and easy way to find the answer. They can sort anything that needs checking without losing it.

Nothing is retyped. Nobody has to remember the story later. The work stays visible until it's sorted.
